Trevor Cole

This tour will be co-led by renowned international travel photographer **Trevor Cole**. Born in Derry and based in Donegal, Trevor discovered his passion for photography while teaching geography at international schools around the world. He specializes in cultural and landscape photography and is especially celebrated for his sensitive, respectful documentation of age‑old tribal cultures.

His work has appeared in National Geographic, The Times, and other major publications. His many accolades include Wanderlust Photographer of the Year (2016), Wilderness Safari Photographer of the Year (2019), and Monochrome Awards Professional Photographer of the Year (2019).

Trevor’s photography reflects a deep commitment to storytelling and to teaching the “art of seeing,” helping photo tour participants connect more meaningfully with the people and places they encounter. He also helped curate this unique itinerary.
